These terms describe the legal rules for using the Money Budget app, related website pages, account access, subscription handling, and service changes.

By accessing or using the Money Budget app or landing pages, you agree to these Terms of Use and the related Privacy Policy.
2. Description of Service
Money Budget is a personal finance application that helps users manage transactions, category budgets, analysis, assets, and supported shared finance workflows across supported devices.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to update your information as needed.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the service only for lawful personal or household finance purposes. Users must not engage in the following conduct:
- Illegal activities or acts that violate public order and morals.

- Fraud, spam, unauthorized access, or similar acts.

5. Subscription and Payments
Some premium features require a subscription. Purchases and renewals are handled through Apple App Store or Google Play billing, and you can manage or cancel your subscription through the relevant store settings.

The app provides budgeting and tracking tools for informational use. We do not guarantee that all calculations, imports, or classifications are free from error, and you should independently verify important financial decisions.
8. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for losses caused by financial decisions made using information displayed in the app.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or email.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be brought before the courts having jurisdiction over the operator's location as the court of first instance, and any judgment obtained there may be enforceable in other jurisdictions where permitted by law.
